Terms and Conditions for Three or Free Offer 

1. This offer is valid on power sunglasses and eyeglasses* {Certain High power and index excluded}
2. The offer is not applicable on sunglasses(without power), contact lenses, bags, watches and jewelry.
3. The offer is not valid on composite orders (ex: Watches + eyeglass, bag+eyeglass)
4. Offer is valid on selected powers.
5. Offer valid on pre- paid orders only  (COD/Store credit orders are not eligible)
6. The maximum liability for refund is Rs.2000
7. The offer will stand cancelled in case of address/contact information is changed or incorrect post-dispatch of the order.
8. Offer is valid for selected pin codes in NCR
9. The offer will be termed complete/served with the first delivery attempt made for the order by the courier company
10. In case of delayed delivery (exceeding 3 days), the entire order amount would be refunded as non-refundable store credits in the respective Customer's account. For more details please refer here
11. The order will be processed and the offer will be valid only post a payment capture. In the event of failed transactions, offer will stand void. The order will still be processed, however, will be under normal course post the payment is captured, not under 3 or Free offer.
12. The order will be delivered in 3 business days. (Sunday and public holidays are not included in business days)
13. In case of any change in the power details post the fitting, the offer will stand void. The order will still be processed; however, will be under the normal course, not under 3 or Free offer.
14. All disputes are under Delhi jurisdiction.
